Cruella DeVille

I have a few.  JR Ewing in Dallas, Alexis Colby in Dynasty, T1000 in Terminator 2 (a true menace), Kathy Bates' character in Misery (a true mentalist). I'm out, anyone else?

Ursula the Sea Witch, that bird from the hand that rocks the cradle, Percy from Green Mile, Denzel Washington in Training Day. Damnit. No, best ever ever ever Bill, from Kill Bill.
The Child Catcher - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Adam Carrington in Dynasty, anyone who can redecorate someone's office with toxic paint deserves the Bad Guy mantle.  Oh yeah, and Cindy from Eastenders, for doing such a poor job of try to kill Ian.
Can't believe nobody has mentioned Servelan from Blake's 7 yet!

Willie Wonka! Scary !

It has to be Joe Pesci in "Goodfellas"
What about Darth Vader? Not the answerbanker , the bloke in Star Wars. And Alien.

Ooh, I think the Child Catcher wins so far, simply because I was absolutely terrified of him as a child...don't know quite how Stephen Gateley's managing at the moment, though...

Nick Cotton? Dirty Den? Andy? According to a recent Eastenders poll, Trevor is the biggest baddie in EE

Cheeeeeeldreeen...... I've got lollipops...... AGH!
Still something quite disconcerting about an ex-boyzone member now acting as a childcatcher. I can't quite put my finger on it.
I think either Bill The Butcher from "Gangs of New York", Kevin Spacey's character from "Se7en", or Evil Enda from "Willo' the Wisp" !!
The character Jack Wilson, played by Jack Palance in the ultimate western Shane...
Bill Sykes from Oliver!
Dr Evil - Austin Powers - cracks me up.
what about "Doctor Evil"? scarier than a very scary scary thing!
Rutger Heuer in 'The Hitcher'. Very cold blooded.
I can't believe nobody has pointed out the obvious one yet, Hannibal Lector
J R Ewing, nobody else even comes close!
