Reckon Bowie or Abba will win. Surprised the Jam weren't in there - at the height of Britpop/Dadrock they were the name to drop.

Bowie, Pink Floyd or Led Zep.  It's a close call.  They're down as legends already really, so doesn't really matter.  I'd like to see Floyd go through though as a personal favourite.
Can you tell me who 'that lot' are? I missed it.

Abba, Elton John , David Bowie , Led Zep , Pink Floyd , Sex Pistols , The Clash , Queen , Bee Gees and Stevie Wonder.
The clash defo!

As long as it's not those hideous ogres Led Zep: funny how it's okay to namecheck them now - they were anathema when I were a lad!

The Clash deserve to win.
I love the Clash, but not sure if the consistency and volume of their output really deserves to win: let's face it, one of their 3 70s albums was b*****s - with the exception of 3 tracks. Any Clash fan know which album and which 3 tracks? Most I have spoken to agree!
The clash or Stevie Wonder for their style and influence.  I though Marc Bolan should have been in.

Stevie.

Not not not The Sex Pistols

well id have to say either queen or the beegees although id say that the seventies are the hardest to choose from so far because they were all great performers.
