Does anyone have this or had any experience of it. They have offered me a good deal but I am reluctant to change my current provider (Orange) unless I get the same or better service. Your comments welcomed.

DON'T DON'T DON'T from Personal experience.!!
We signed up for phone and broadband last August on the understanding that as from 17th Sept broadband would be free. Our B/B started on 4th Oct but we have to pay for it. Free B/B is not available in this area and they have no idea when it will be. I stated several times during the initial phonecall that i would only sign up if B/B was free. I have complained and we did get B/B free for a few months but basically we are stuck til contract ends in Feb. They also keep billing us twice for B/B so i have to keep ringing up every month to get them to change it before the D/D comes out of the bank. Was also told free caller display, didn't happen but after complaining got if for length of contract.
B/B and phonecalls no technical problems just admin etc(overseas call centres).
Will be changing in Feb to someone else.
I changed to Talk Talk a couple of years ago, and save an absolute fortune on what I used to pay BT. The package I took out was International 3 (or something like) and have never had a problem.

i signed up with talk talk for a free evenings and weekends package and broadband - i remeber getting the bills at the begining and scruitinising them as it had so many features like time of day calls were made and i remember giving my family rows for calling at 5-50pm just missing the free calls - however the novelty wore off and i just paid the bills - the other day i looked at a bill and was curious to see i was only getting free calls at the weekend - i called to ask where the free evenings had gone and they insist ive never been on that contract - i havnt kept copies of the itemised bills and they refuse to send me copies so cut a long story short - im off to sky who are a lot cheaper (sky view, talk and surf will save me over 30 a month as well)
Stick with Orange. My Mum has Talk Talk and said it was the worst thing she ever did. We have Orange and have never once had any kind of problem with them. The deal that we have with Orange is 15 per month which includes all calls (national & International), BT line rental and 8meg broadband. I think it is a great deal.
