oh gawd they aren;t repeating it???????? It seemed like it was a sympathetic look at the lengths people will go to have thier own baby, then they showed that woman going into Harrods with her silicone baby and buying that leopard print bottle holder for a hundred and something stupid quid, then i realised it wasn;t maternal instinct that these women had, it was a brain injury

Spot on Dot -H hadnt seen it before and I knew a lot of people missed it -but he had the boak after 5 minutes and is now watching Fools and Horses -yip he does have good taste at times -lol

He had just watched Ross Kemp in Afghanistan and back to back -that pogramme made him sick compared to what he had just watched -I agree -I have to say -(mark the calendar and dont tell him -lol)
Just caught the last half hour. Dear God!!!!!! Not quite sure what to make of that!

But to quote Harry to his grandmother right at the end 'its just a doll numbnuts', out of the mouths of babes eh.
Too true warpig...we want to laugh at these women...but they really are quite sad, aren't they??
Well, just started on Channel4 +1, so gonna watch it now! I'm intrigued...and very freaked too!!!!
That programe gave me nightmares it did. Contrary to my name I really hate dolls and those looked like dead babies. Horrid. You'll need a pillow Max!
Ha ha ha!

"10% of people who think it's a bit weird"

And what, 90% who think it's just too freakishly bizarre for words????
Oh my god...I wish I didn't live alone so I could shout all my comments!!! lol My cat's taking the blunt of it now, bless her...
The only thing that's missing is that they don't react.

Well, D'OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another one: "It's half of being a real parent" (or something)

If that doesn't make you cry, it'll make you laugh....Urgh....
I am just watching the first half hour now and just heard the '10% of people.....' quote too max, must admit I nearly choked on my tea!
Could they knock me up a non reactive husband? lol
I thought they were 2 a penny sense4all.
lol warpig, I'm getting a bit heated over that show...Ewww!!!

I mean, it's the kind of thing you would only expect Emily Howard and Florence off Little Britain to have! lol
PMSL...sense!!!....and take him out shopping...no more trips to B&Q!!

i found the programme quite sad, the dolls themselves are artistically beautiful, but the way some of the women use them to fulfil a void in their life is quite disturbing, I then looked at the website and have to say i found the dolls of the prem babies with the tubes in incubators quite gruesome, like the man on the programme said "looks like something on a mortuary slab"
Oh dear...It's really very, very sad isn't it?? :O(
Oh my god....

"It's money well spent as opposed to them wasting money"

Jeesussssssss.......Leg, totally agree. Send the white coats in!
The hubby of the blond one should be in the diplomatic corps. Bless him!
I watched this the first time it was on but I'm watching it again because I still can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!x
