Is anyone else bothered about the BBC changing Neighbours to a new time slot during the day or is it me just being awkward?
Why don't TV planners realise that some of us oldies don't like change, it really upsets my day!
I would like to write to the BBC to ask why they felt it needed to change places with Doctors, but I have no idea who to write to.
Lunch for me is 1pm-2pm so I can watch the news then Neighbours, but the BBC don't care about those of us who have a routine, set in our ways, they just sit on their backsides thinking "I wonder what we can change and mess about with today".
Does anyone know who I can complain to at the BBC?

Is it worth it, it's moving to Five from next year?
I'm quite young, but it bothers me too!! Messes up the lunchtimes I'm home completely, especially because I really don't like Doctors!

I'm interested to know what time of day Five are planning to show it...
yes bothers me too...throws my lunch into a right mess now
why have they changed the time when its been like this for years now (i used to watch it when i was at school)
makes me wonder if the bbc has got the hump about losing it to channel 5
What new time slot? And if I miss it at lunch I watch it after work. I am more annoyed its going to 5 as I cant get 5
It's on at 2pm now forgetmenot, until it moves to channel 5
Methinks they have moved it in a dastardly plot to reduce viewing figures, thus putting the kybosh on a successful move to 5 next year. I'm thinking they're thinking - 'Hmm. Move it to awkward viewing time. People can't/ won't watch it. Disappears from their viewing radar and is forgotten. Moves to 5. Everyone has forgotten it and the plots. Bingo!. 5 bought an expensive pup, won't renew their contract wiith Grundy as no-one watches it. Grundy will offer it back to BBC at reduced rate. Hoorah!'
God, i need to get out more. I'm hallucinating............
Kim. you could have a point, but I actually gave up watching some weeks back when half the cast seemed to change. I figured as I won't be watching it when it's on five (I only got into it anyway because of the time slot) I might as well stop watching it then. I'm actually more annoyed at them moving Doctors, than the other way round, because I don't get in until 2pm now.
Hi missprim :o) Have you thought about e-mailing Points of View (with Terry Wogan on a Sunday)? You may not be the only one who writes to them so if enough do complain they may explain why they felt the need to change the times. Won't make them change it back tho sadly.

Sorry I haven't thanked you all before now (busy week-end) But I do appreciate all your input and now I have read how it will soon be moving to Channel 5 I think perhaps the beeb will not change it back to it's original time spot and we will just have to wait to see what time 5 will show it. In a way I hope it won't be a convenient time as I think I only watch it out of habit now, but for those of you Neighbours fans who don't get Channel 5 then commiserations.
