recently cancelled our sky subscription, but we are still watching telly thru the digi box. we cant get channel 5, nor can we get any of the bbc radio channels. the message we get is 'no signal is being received'. i thought we should continue to receive these channels are they are free. obviously we cant complain to sky cos we dont pay them any more. has anyone any idea whats wrong, and if i can do anything to fix it?

I think you need to buy a freesat card from sky, as part of their freesat from Sky service. This costs about 20 and then you can watch all the free to view channels on sky. Which incidentally is a lot more channels than freeview
