Did Barrymore know what happened at his party that night.

I suspect he knows.... even if he was involved or not. Why cannot DNA evidence be used in this case???

whose DNA are you talking about? Sounds as if someone may have poked an object into him, but a non-human object, which doesn't have DNA. If he was floating in the water, any stray DNA around was probably well washed away. And DNA certainly won't help you read Barrymore's mind.

not only would dna evidence have been to some extent washed off in the pool if any had been left on him - but as pools are not really very clean environments anyway the body would become covered in bits of hair, skin etc from all the people that had previously been in the water - making it very had to use dna evidence within a case to prove contact

as for barrymore knowing what happened - its impossible for anyone except those that were involved to know this for sure... and i doubt the perpetrators will be using this site and telling. though with the news of recent arrests maybe someone has decided to come clean

phrophet this is not a case of a witchunt against barrymore because he is gay its a murder investigation involving barrymore because he and 2 others were involved whether directly or indirectly in a mans death.only those 3 people know what REALLY happened and it doesnt look like any of them are going to spill the beans.
