cant find a title to a movie

i dont no a lote but all i can remeber is little boys on horses and you see them grow up one of them takes a mobile phone from a kid coming out of a shop and jumps in a stolen car and i am sure the police was phoneing the boy up on the stolen phone and one of the boys gets killed riding a horse across a motorway i am sorry i cant remember any more but they kept the horses on a bit of green out side their house on a houseing estate. cheers
