I am sure the Bert Kaempfert tune 'A Swingin' Safari' was used in a childrens tv programme in the 60's. Can anyone remember the name of the programme?

Well, since no-one else has had a go, I'll give it an educated guess. I think it might have been "Zoo Quest".
A Swingin Safari was the theme tune to the quiz show Match Game 1962 thru 67
I think you may be thinking of the Children's TV show Captain Zeppos.
Bert Kaempfert "Living It Up" Both songs are written by the same genius, and sound very similar. Swingin Safari had the greater commercial success and radio airplay back in the day. "Living it up" got kinda forgotton
