LX Direct

Do you use LX Direct for shopping? Have you had any problems with them? I couldn't log on and so had to telephone them, they kept me almost fifteen minutes on the phone. I emailed them about a different matter and they haven't replied - twice. Also, I didn't receive a discount I was entitled to! Who can I complain to?

hi i use this mail order company. I too couldn't log on at first, but after a phone call the problem was resolved. Emails do tend to take quite a while for a reply have you tried asking them to call you b ack instead. They are alot cheaper than littlewoods though by quite abit so stay with it

Thanks TERRYLYNN, I've sent them a letter as they hadn't replied to the email I sent last Sunday. I think there might be something wrong with their system? I hope they reply to my letter!

Hey i havent got lx direct but i have marshall wards and littlewoods and they are the same company. I find littlewoods is great and even though things are abit more expensive everythings interest free pretty much you have a selection for interest free or not which is good! MArshall wards however are appauling, i was phoning them non stop for an hour the other day due to an order not being received (this is the 2nd time something has gotten lost and they have made me pay for it!!!) and they arent cheap items either - one is �300 mobile phone and the other was a �70 Game boy advanced. When i finally did get through to them on the phones, the computer systems went off and i got cut off...so was trying for a further hour before getting through... and that is meant to be customer service?!!!
