Does anyone out there know if this man who I have just been listening to whilst surfing has any Irish connections. I could have sworn that he was Irish but hubby insists he was born and bred in Devon. Maybe he has an Irish mother or lived in Ireland at some stage. I myself am Irish and my daughter who is English has picked up my accent.

Yes froggequene this is the man. I know he was born in Devon but maybe he spent time in Ireland or has Irish parentage and perhaps the accent rubbed off.

Elsewhere on the site it says he's spent most of his life around Exmoor like his father & grandfather but it doesn't say anything about his mother, his autobiography was released on 6 October 2006, if your local library has a copy you could scan through that or you could try emailing the address on the site
