V Festival Tickets

I have ordered tickets for this which include coach travel on the Friday morning, and apparently the actual festival tickets don't get handed out til you're on the coach! I now can't get time off work so need the tickets so that I can make my own way there. Any ideas how I go about getting the ticket company to issue them to me rather than the coach company? I'm not bothered about the extra cost paid for the coach travel.

Not sure!
I live quite near so always get them posted as I can hop on the train!
If you have the details of where you bought the tickets - hopefully a reputable company and you give your reference booking number to them I doubt there would be any problem. Are you going to Chelmsford?
