Oh so long to wait..... I thought they'd said springtime .. which in my book is anywhere between March and May!
They definately said Spring and August is definately not Spring.I heard it was sometime in March, towards the end I think.
Valsuey,is correct. At the end of the series, the announcer said, that we would only have to wait until spring, for the second series. That would make it April,at the latest! Hang on in there cookerlady,2 months at the most!

aaargh! I shall have to take up knitting then....
It's on episode 4 in Ireland this week. Can't understand the wait in Britain. We're also a full series of the West Wing ahead. Anyone any idea why?
I guess it depends on each countries schedule. The 1st series of Battlestar Galactica was aired in the UK even before the USA.
Blame C4's decision to show Point Pleasant rather than start on S1 of Lost; then blame Big Brother, as the channel were/are reluctant to start a run of Lost when it would clash with BB.
they def said spring, i've seen 14 episodes from 2nd series its great.............
Why not use bittorrent and download from the states? (apart from it being illegal of course)

Does anyone know exactly how you download the series from america?

shazbang: I don't think that AB would be too happy about detailed information on how to download being given out here!

Suggest you visit http://www.slyck.com/ and look into Bitorrent and/or (depending on whether your ISP carries the right ones) Newsgroups.
Hi whickerman - I think what you pay for a series has something to do with the size of country and amount of people living there and that would explain how RTE 2 can afford all the popular programmes before other stations. Not sure if thats true but one way or the other its great, isnt it. I think cookerlady the Channel 4 series started about 6/8 weeks after RTE last year.
