I haven't seen the first two, but I would say The Nightmare before Christmas is a Christmas movie.

First blood definately not.

A long time since I've seen three days of a Condor but as I recall another definately not.

I haven't seen Tim Burton's (I think) A nightmare before Christmas... sounds as though it might be.

Come on ask the big one... Is 'Die Hard' a Christmas Movie?
