Why do they need TWO estate agents to sell a property every time? Can’t one manage on their own? Those two sisters get right up my nose. Rant over.

Maybe one has reached the absolute limit of 'all their property skills' and needs a hand from another to stress 'those views', from a 'forever home' that's 'so light', has 'a great space' and 'ticks all the boxes'.
Sorry, forgot 'a good sized room' with 'traditional features'.
well if you are selling twin bedrooms......
I like them, I like the Liverpool accent :0))
It's pretty difficult to find new ways to describe a property to potential owners, so everyone falls back on cliches.

Similarly, house viewers also fall back on cliched behaviour - everyone always extols about the houses they are seeing, saying only positive things about the rooms and views they are looking at.

The truth is, as anyone who has ever bought a house knows full well, you know within a few minutes of entering a house, if it is somewhere you would be happy to live, and equally you know if it is somewhere you would not buy for a king's ransom.

But it's only telly, so we mustn't take it too seriously - these shows do not stand up to any sort of examination.
..... and breathe.
