morning, Sunday already where do the days go. I hope that you are all well as can be and that your day is a good one, any plans for today. I have a phone call from my friend in NI, and then a mate is dropping over for a coffee later this afternoon, so somethings to look forward to.

posting earlier these days as can't get back to sleep, the pain is keeping me awake, so if anyone is about and wants to keep me company you will be more than welcome.

forecast for here is partly sunny skies and a high of 11c, so somewhat changeable again. Though the mornings are getting lighter, which is good.
