i only have a walking stick, and trying the tramadol, i didn't ask the GP about crutches. I can't go out as i have calls to make early and a friend coming round this afternoon

Ok thanks. We are in Cape Town for a few days. It’s a buzzing city. Our hotel room overlooks Table Mountain and the cable car going up and down. I can watch it in bed! Going on to Greyton tomorrow where is 38 degrees, not sure about that
