Good Morning Early Birds

morning everyone, i hope that things are good with you and that if you have any plans for the day they go well. I am off to the last Sunday picnic of the year later today, organised by a local church, so will take along some goodies to share, as everyone contributes something to the feast.

its dark until quite late in the morning now, and i miss the early light, autumn is here already, and i for one missed the summer days we were promised. So another weekend draws to a close, though of course there is the bank holiday tomorrow, which will be nice for those who work.

looks like the birdies are still asleep, can't say i blame you. Its light now and a clear sky, i hope it stays that way for the picnic.
I am no church goer, so i miss the service on a Sunday, but have enjoyed the get together afterwards very much. They seem a nice bunch of people though i don't talk about religion with them as i would be there all day trying to make sense of their beliefs.

Morning from a sunny Cornwall or rather one that looks as if it will be, the sun just rising at the moment. Nothing planned here today.

Getting bit better each day thanks. It will be good for her to get out of the house for a few hours. She has only been out for short walk and I dropped her off in town to see her sisters for a coffee so far so will do her good.

had mine already, though i could do with another, but might leave it till i go out later on and have one at the local hotel/pub.

Got to start the day with coffee. On my second now, got to have a couple of them to get the day going. Didn't get up until after 6, it was nice to have a lie in for a change.
