There's a card from a lovely neighbour and inside a beautiful knitted little white Angel and inside saying I'd been a good help to her, this from a lady who lost her daughter ( 46) to liver cancer just last July
The world is full of these kind of people and all of a sudden my swollen neck just isn't so bad after all x

that's true Bobbi, and a nice gesture. I received a parcel from my friend in Oz, i haven't opened it, but know what it is because it says on the envelope, she has knitted me some socks and included a necklace.
i will keep it for Christmas day...
