Good Morning Early Birds!

Saturday. Overcast and a chilly breeze this morning. Another day of out and back soonest. Just the paper to collect, then it's lunch a wee bit early and settle to watch the start of the six nations rugby. There's a nice bottle of red breathing in readiness. Ireland v Italy for the opening match. Kick off at 1530 if anyone is interested.

in a bad way, excruciating pain in both feet, i could barely put my feet on the ground, it's eased off a bit, but it's like the nerve ends were on fire, plus sundry pains in knees, osteoarthritis is a real pain

slept badly as well, hopefully won't be doing much today, perhaps except to watch the rugby...
