I love curries but preferably the mild to medium ones.

My favourite curry is a Thai green with Jasmine rice. Might treat myself this week :o)

I too prefer a mild curry Rogan Josh being my favourite, I can actually taste what I'm eating and not pretend to be all macho because I've eaten something so spicy its burnt my mouth and not be able to taste it.

Dopiaza is my favourites as I am an onion fanatic - double onions to meat. Some added at the start the rest part way through cooking,delicious.
