Just spent an hour on phone with Lloyds bank to arrange switch.

We both had to listen to a long lists of T's and C's etc. Very boring.
My wife said never again. Might try Santander next year.

Have you got a Lloyds bank still open near you? I know they’re all shutting but I’ve found their staff are very helpful if you can get to one face to face.
No. I've made more money than that last year on my 123 light account with Santander where you get money back for using your account for certain DD's. It costs £1 per month and as well as money back from DD's they give you vouchers every month for money back on certain things you purchase.

gosh look at the wealthy ones happy to pass up on 100 quid. Sadly I am not elegible as I already bank with lloyds

they really are awful - I know - I still bank with them!
