Because it wasn't her body. Frank incorrectly identifies the body as I recall. She turns up a few months later.

Apparently she had paid a look-alike prostitute to drive around the village to give the impression KT was still in the area. In fact she was in the Caribbean and it was the pro's body in the car.

I couldn't remember who the body was but I remember Kim coming back and seeing Frank off by not giving him his pills whilst he was having a heart attack. I can't remember what happened to the obnoxious Chris. Can anyone enlighten me?
