ever so slightly. Leaving the Dept. in charge of the rear end of a trolley, as we entered the corridor there was some liquid (water I hope) which I managed to slip in and do my ankle in. Just back from X-ray, nothing broken thank goodness just sprained. Sitting in office now waiting for Nat and Nisha to finish so we can get both cars home this evening, not what I had planned that's for sure.

I feel your pain. I'm out of plaster now and in an aircast boot for another 3 weeks.

Make sure you rest and let others look after you.

Going to have an early night, bit sore. Using the downstairs spare room, don't fancy the stairs they're a bit steep. Nat has got all the bits I need down for me so should be comfy enough, 'Night 'Night all.
Not long up, in kitchen with coffee and paper. Ankle is sore, bum is bruised and elbows are black and blue, apart from that I'm fine :o)

The way it's going I think we probably should, might just do that, I do have my own lappy, usually in the car which is why it gets left behind.

Spent most of the day sat on a folded pillow on a bar stool in the kitchen, quite comfy, now in the lounge on a big fluffy settee, my foot is either up on a dog or a footstool, either way not moving much :o)
Are people really interested in all these weird ramblings??

Dave is spoiling me, even Kate is trying to do her bit for which I am very grateful.
Serious question as I've never sprained anything. Are they really that bad?
Question Author
Depends to what degree they've been done, they can be very painful, I've been warned 4 weeks at least for this one.
I didn't know it was compulsory to post questions??
