Sunday. WWT is going home this morning. I'm in the Visitor Center on the canal this afternoon. Dinner at the Old Thatch at Whitminster afterwards. In hope the weather is good. That's today sorted.

Rowan, the birds are still tucked up in their nests here.
need to give my car a bit of a spruce up today. it is starting to grow green mould in places. this does seem to develop so quickly.

morning everyone. Dry at the moment here. Yesterday was a very odd day weatherwise - one min sunny, the next bucketing down with rain. Have to deliver a few orders to customers today - no rest for the wicked!

yes Boaty and the other thing I noticed was the amount of webs around the wing mirrors and attached to the doors. Only just over a week since I cleared them all off.
Exactly the same here LJ - spiders webs all over the wing mirrors!

I was sat out the back yesterday, there is a web one one of the wooden chairs, there is a brown blob in the middle, tap the arm of the chair and it spreads out into a big circle after a few seconds it closes in again, it's about fifty or so baby spiders.

I haven't got any webs on the car, but loads in the back garden.
that's interesting Boaty. you'll be alright for webs for quite a while then?

the webs also seem to
covering the back number plate.

Covering the number plate? Never seen that. Not that I go about inspecting number plates! :o}
they seem to congregate around the number plate light.
