Saturday. The last weekend of the Six Nations. Wales looking good for the title.

I'm not going to the farmers market today. the weather is still being obnoxious. Add to the fun, gout in big toe left foot has flared up again, it wasn't there, five minutes later it was! It's a right female canine!

I wouldn't know about the party, coz I'd be in the kitchen ;-)

Cooled a tad down here, didn't get above 30 today, hovering around 26 at the mo. Probably heat up again for a week or two then the cooler weather will set in.

Cleared the scraps from the firewood shed, getting ready for winter.

Hope your toe behaves, makes it had to kick a goal otherwise.

I had some serious gout about fifteen years ago. We were on holiday in Cornwall. The local doc gave me a prescription for Naproxen, (I'd never heard of it) Cleared it up completely in three days!

Caught it early, should be OK by tomorrow. I'll be out to get the paper, no shoplifting needed, then home, lunch, open a beer and watch the rugby. Day sorted! :o}
Also hoping to have a phone chat with a lovely friend.
