Why are the Beeb showing reruns of Bargain Hunt with the disgraced Tim Wonnacot as host?

I thought after he was booted off for bullying/harassment, that was the end of him. Do they think we've forgotten?

more to the point why are they showing bargain hunt at all?
you've had plenty of time, any response to my posts at 18:18 here:

I notice you lobbed in an accusation and then disappeared when it was proved false.
eh ?
The programmes have a resale value. Despite the fact that Tim is a bit of a ***.
I guess the Beeb will continue with it until Abhorrence outnumbers Adoration and viewer numbers drop (cf Savile).
Tim Wonnacott simply had a disagreement with the producers of Bargain Hunt:

He continues to work for the BBC on Antiques Road Trip.

Disagreement, or altercation?

One man’s seedy old bully is another man’s victim of a disagreement, maybe.
I think they more or less agreed to part company - TW didn't leave in disgrace, never to darken the Beeb's doors again.
Over the years, I've really only ever seen the last five or ten minutes of the programme, as I await the start of BBC News at One. Given that time restriction, it seems to me that TW is/was by far the best of all the hosts. Bring him back, I say!

We think Tim was the best man for the job, the program hasn't been the same without him, I don't think he was disgraced but just went on to other things,

Apparently, mentioning any other sacked or disgraced BBC personalities is not allowed, so I’ll have to leave that to your imaginations. Suffice it to say that Wonnacott was forced out for bullying, not for being seedy.
