Well I went all out to buy quite an expensive moisturiser. I have used it before (it is really lovely) - I haven't bought it for years but now find that the smell doesn't linger long - usually at night I used to smell it after being on me all day.

Do you think they could have "watered it down". After this is used up I won't be buying it again.

IMO it's down to genetics. Itdoentmtterwht you use...if ur parents have good gene so will you. It is commented on lots of place that I do not look my age. Not IMO to do with creams or the like...it's down to heritage...good or bad x

The reviews on Amazon are excellent. Maybe it's you sense of smell that's changed, JJ.

I use the Aromatics perfume and that does last all day.

Yes Tilly - I had to stop using the perfume - it was too strong. Now I'm lovely Dunnitall LOL - it is not for using on my face just my lovely body.

Get Arran Aromatics for shower gel/ body cream/hand cream...

Please peeps....nothing will change your genetics. You will have decent skin or not! Dependent on your parents. Don't be fooled by all the hype! You are prone to good or bad skin...looks...age... By your parentage, you have it or you don't!! Go with it..watch your parents...you will end up more or less like them! Lol

Could you mix a bit of the perfume into the body lotion?

I prefer body lotion to be scent free...and not overpower perfume

Minty, interested to see you use Arran Aromatics. I've used their Lavender and Tea Tree facial gel wash for years but cannot see it on their website now.
Do you use any of their gel wash? Pity they have to change things. Think I will contact them sometime and see what they say.
Jennyjoan, I use Lush cream for face. Reasonable price and, most important, animal friendly. As other have said it's a lot to do with genes and lifestyle though. I never believe these anti ageing things.

Jj, the manufacturers might have got rid of the smell because lots of people don't like it.
One of my criteria in buying a moisturiser is that it doesn't smell. It gives me a headache!
