I'm a bit confused! Isn't Santa (nearly) always dressed in red?

There are thousands (or, more likely, hundreds of thousands) of Santa images on the web.

It's easier enough to download something like that and then use a DTP program to add some text to it. If that's not good enough for you, or you need some help with the DTP, please post again with some clarification of your needs.
