Saturday. Well, I think Brian has lost his way, or is still in bed. All calm and peaceful here at the moment. We shall see what happens.

Tiggy was out and a bout for a while last night. Had his supper and went on patrol.

I'm on the canal today, so will be away early. I'll be happy if the weather stays as it is now, the sky is clear.

Morning WBM. I'm still suffering from fractured sleep. I went out for curry with some girlfriends last night and now I have a touch of Delhi belly :-(

It's just off the A1 about half way between Morpeth and Newcastle, hidden away behind the Northumberlandia visitor attraction.

Not that I'm aware of. But there are things to do at the docks. The Waterways museum is well worth a visit, also the Soldiers of Gloucester museum, both in the docks.

I'll have a wee look and be back in a tick.
