scary film

 when i was young, i watched this film one night which scared me heaps(well i was little) anyway, i need to know the name of it, as its driven me daft for years. In it were twin sisters, both in wheelchairs. There was a good twin and an evil twin. I also recall the good one falling into the pool and finding a dead body! At the end ..one of the twins is sitting at the edge of the hill , when the good twins boyfriend comes along , and thinking its the evil twin, pushes her over the cliff,  yes, you`ve guessed, it was the wrong twin !!!!!   Hope someone out there can help me. xxx
