Yesterday turned out warm and sunny. more today I hope!

Tiggy is still patrolling the garden. He's a good wee lad, so he is.

As for the weeds, nah, sorry mate, maybe borrow a goat.
I'm orf to the kitchen soon. There be leftovers to be turned into a meatloaf for dinner tonight with roast spuds, steamed sweetcorn and peas along with a cheesy, garlic sauce.

Afternoon oz. drool drool That sounds good to me! :o} I'm going to have a home made scotch egg with mushrooms and chips today for lunch.

It all went off very well yesterday. He was a good man and there were many there to give him a good sendoff. An excellent buffet feed up afterwards in the Bowls Club in Cam.

Haven't had a scotch egg in ages myself. How do you do your mushrooms?, lightly fried in butter suits us.

Please excuse any "tripeing" errors. Managed to smash my glasses today, they are currently held together with fencing wire and electrical tape, bit of a nerd look happening. I'll ring OPSM in Dubbo and try to book myself in for tomorrow.
More expense, oh well, that's life.

This mornings deep thought of the day from JK Rowling ... It is impossible to live without failing at something. Unless you live so causiously that you may as well not have lived at all. In which case you fail by default! That's quite brilliant don't you think!

The only way to fry mushrooms is in butter oz. I have chestnut mushroom, the have a better flavour. I keep an eye out for puff balls when I'm out. They are delicious.

Yes oz. He was a lovely man. Always ready to lend a hand and help out wherever, and wherever required. He leaves behind a whole tribe of descendants and he will be missed.
