Brings to mind when Esther Rantzen found out 'Doc' on her show was also
Ivor Biggun who sang the songs about farting and w*nking. He was instantly banned.
Silly boy. He'll be back in the limelight soon enough.
well can't they have a private life ?

The sooner the better we get back to the days of Dorothy MacMillan (I am a one man woman) and it wasnt her husband the prime minister hur hur hur
But in fact it was Lord Boothby - who not only kissed women but was a friend of Dorothy's in other ways (down the men's lavatory). Pre 1963
Trouble is though a private life doesn't sit that well with putting stuff on Youtube where the world can see it.
He shouldn't be suspended for that. He's a soap actor and what he does in his own time should be up to him - provided it is legal.
the Corrie people have a right to protect the value of their brand, hc4361. There may well be something in his contract to that effect.

Will they send his character off to Brisbane?

He was performing as The Phantom in a mask.

They have suspended Kevin and also Ken, and they haven't even been proven guilty, but he has admitted his guilt.
AOG, Fountain has not done anything illegal, hasn't been charged with anything illegal so is guilty of nothing.

You are not comparing like for like. The other two have been charged with very serious offences.
There would be a 'morality clause' in his contract, called 'morality' but, in fact, worded along the lines of not bringing the programme into disrepute or doing anything tending to that.
I was thinkning that Fred, if I did something like this and my MD found out, you can be sure I'd be up for displinary action - and no doubt summoned to explain myself at a professional conduct hearing in London.
If my employer found I was posting such videos online, using another persona or not I would be fired. I don't see why the rules should bend just because he's a soap actor.
"Not funny, Duncer. Nobody has been convicted."

Nowhere did I say they had; it was a joke.

Try lightening up a tad dear?
There's a time and place for jokes, and sorry but I have no sense of humour at all when it comes to sex offenders.
