Because I had a nap late afternoon into the evening yesterday I didn;t sleep well, woke up at 5am from a nightmare about zombies, serves me right for watching the walking dead. managed to sleep in until 8am but feel tired already. and it's quite cool here today, no sun yet at all.

naps are the nightmares of nappers. Try and avoid - I think I have taken 2 over the years with disastrous results.
