I desperately need some new work clothes but the thought of Milton Keynes today just isn't doing it for me. If I don't go today my only other chance is next Saturday, two days before the new job and I can guarantee I won't find anything.

But it's so sunny I just want to sit in my garden and drink tea.

Plus there was a small mishap with some tinted moisturiser yesterday and I'm now sporting a nice orange tribal looking smear across my bloody forehead.

Anyone doing anything fun?

That's what I'd rather do Tony. It may well happen. Especially as I forgot to turn the bloody alarm off for today.

I don't like buying clothes online Anne, I'm awkward with sizes so prefer to try before I buy. Especially this time as I won't have time to exchange from online stores.
next person who walks through the door, Evian............ ;o)

Check to make sure they don't have any gifts, flowers, wine, etc first :)
I quite like the shops in MK, but I get lost when I go there.. just the last half mile!
Cooking lunch for parents, then probably heading home.

I just tend to stick around the House of Fraser end, most of the decent shops are down that way. I'm just not in the mood for people and you just know there's going to be tons of them, all dawdling, stopping in front of you for no good reason, having mild frenzies on the sale racks and just generally being people. Eugh.

Al fresco I hope NoM.
I only go to M.K. when it's raining. The thought of being cooped up in the shopping centre, on a beautiful day like this, would drive me bonkers.
Absolutely, Evian. Al horno to al fresco :-)
M K has concrete cows doesn't it ?.
Someone once sent me a postcard of Milton Keynes town centre. I have never had a burning desire to go there ;-)

This morning I am doing my hairdressers tax forms (which is why I am on here - a delaying tactic) and this afternoon we are going to a BBQ
Mmmmm, mrs overhill cooking the books.
Im hoping I wont be treated to another day of crappy music being blasted out from my middle aged neighbours house, he treated us to his selection until 4 am this morning :S
