Don�t know about the Guiness Book of Records, but according to The Internet Movie Database, Stan Laurel starred in 188 films & Oliver Hardy in 427.

A book called 'The Films of Laurel & Hardy' states that they stared in 106 together.

They don't make em like that anymore!

Which was the only film that (after they became famous) Hardy was in without Laurel
