does anybody know what the laws are regarding children working in television programmes, particularly children aged 9-12 working in a television studio?

They have to have a childrens licence if it is during school time and they have to OK it with the school too. for extra/commercial work. For full time actors they have to do the legal minimal schooling hours usually on a on set classroom in the studio
plus they are only allowed a certain amount of hours.
