Gromit: Apparently the Football Association ''had stipulated that the new boss must work from their new £100 million National Football Centre in Staffordshire.''
makes sense, the same happened with Chris Patten as to standing for the Conservative leadership. The Lav put her foot down after his angina in Hong Kong.

Or perhaps she loves the lifestyle at Sandbanks, Bournemouth - one of the most expensive neighbourhoods in the world
It fits with the other criteria anyway.

Sandbanks isn't IN Bournemouth; it's in Poole.

sir.rpize - I guess it's not one specific factor, but a combination of various aspects.

If I had a lovely house and was settled with friends around, and all my life how I wanted it, I'd be reluctant to up sticks on the whim of a potential employer, espcially if i didn't need the money - or the job - or the grief!
