tv on laptop

hi i like to know if i could watch tv channels on my laptop. i mean is there a tvcard for laptops. like there is a tv card for pcs.

You can buy TV adapters that plug into a USB ports so could be used on a laptop

Yes there is such a product - a pmcia or cardbus tv card. I bought one last year and it works fine. The disadvantage is that you will need to connect to a signal feed which rather reduces its portability as even an indoor ariel can be bulky. I was going to mention the product by name as I didn't think it had any competitors but a quick check has just shown me that there is now one with both analogue and digital functionality too. Googling "cardbus tv" will find both. Expect to pay about �50/�90 respectively
