Is the Euro 2012 football final on Sunday on both main channels. In the whole of the UK, what percentage want it on both channels. In fact what percentage want it on any channel. Unfortunately I cannot go out to avoid it. Speaking of sport Wimbledon has been on all day. Then they cancel New Tricks to show, you've guessed it bloody more Wimbledon.

I don't mind football but Wimbledon is frying my brain!! Longest two weeks off the year! :|

I really don't see why it's necessary to have it on both channels, they are both readily available. What a crock!
New Tricks was a repeat, anyway.
Because it was pre booked months ago. Cash is king and the Beeb can't afford the criticism

Only if you have already seen it boxtops. I haven't.
Aha, of course, jeza....

I watch as much Wimbledon as my working hours will allow, I missed the Nadal defeat yesterday.... dammit.
Luckily I will be watching my 14 year old granddaughter and 10 year old grandson dancing on Sunday. Have however set my TV to record the athletics. Each to his/her own. Surely football only needs to be on one channel. And tennis.

Surely Zacs, the licence payer should be king.
I don't think the licence payer will have much say when the Olympics hit us - I'm thinking of taking up basketwork as an alternative :-(
looove wimblies, hate footie! x
The main problem with the football / tennis schedule is that Coronation Street doesn't get the usual airing which is a disaster.

I loved Nadals quote. "It's only a game of tennis". Totally agree.
Very philosophical - and it's not as if he needs the winnings!
I know Jeza, they don't realise that we are not all interested!....but they should!........
They do, welsh, but unfortunately for some, more ARE interested.... we never watch soccer, we've managed to avoid all of it.
Football on 2 channels, scores of other channels available to watch so why whinge about it?
