Salad Cream Or Mayo?

Think i'd go for salad cream, idon't like the sound of balsamic spaylite (sound like some sort of chemical compound!)

The last time I had salad cream was at junior school. I never touched another salad until I was 32, it was that bad. I don`t like mayo on a salad either although I like to use the reduced fat version to make creamy mashed potato.

Home made Mayo - not the s-mkt sh.t - would say that Hellmans is the best of the worse though.

In Texas, they mix raspsberry chipotle in it (a Fischer product from Fredericksburg). Great with chicken, turkey, pork etc.

I was brought up on Heinz Salad Cream. Mayonnaise makes me feel sick. However with salad I prefer a nice vinaigrette or French dressing.

So a few salad cream lovers like me. Never been a fan of mayo, it seems a bit boring and pointless, salad cream has a shaeper taste and makes a salald/pasta bowl a bit more exciting imo.

Mayonnaise is disgustingly sickly. Salad Cream is lovely, especially with jacket potato and cheese.
