Now I always thought a quango was something to do with a Latin American Dance Album that Englebert Humberdinck brought out in the mid-90's (it does exist - honest. And I absolutely love it).

But I now realise it has something to do with the world of big business and conglomerate-typy things. Can anyone explain to me exactly what one is?

What's the latest with the Chilean Lothario?

Bobbs - you have to get the album. Buy it for hubby for xmas - it's brill. Brought out by Engle around 1998. Fantastic for doing your pelvic floor exercises to and I bet would put your Bill in the mood for lurve............. x

Thanks society - not quite the dance version of the late 90's but it'll do to give Bobbi an idea..... Of course the dance version was 'sexed up' somewhat and Engle gave it its sultriest. You really must treat yourselves ;-)
