Trying to find a case!...
Try as I might, I cannot find the name or citation of a case I know to exist. The essence of the decision is:
Where there is a running account between parties, an unappropriated payment should be applied to part or full settlement of the oldest item in the account. Payments appropriated to a particular invoice should be applied to that invoice.
Does anybody have the name, citation, a link to provide? I need to get my hands on it! Many thanks in advance!
