What happens if a court order for financial settlement isnt settled by the date on the order?

I believe that a warrant could be issued by the court for the arrest of the defaulter. However, in order for that to be done, the solicitor(s) who represented you should be made aware in order that the appropriate action is taken to pursue the matter.
