i am trying to find a list of county court fees for a multi track case, i have been on the court service website but am unable to open the word document.

Starting your claim
To issue a claim form where your claim is for money only and the amount is:
up to �300 �30
�300.0 - �500 �45
�500.0 - �1000 �65
�1000.0 - � 1500 �75
�1500.0 - �3,000 �85
�3,000.0 - �5,000 �108
�5,000.0 - � 5,000 �225
� 5,000.0 - �50,000 �360
�50,000.0 - �100,000 �630
�100,000.0 - �150,000 �810
�150,000.0 - �200,000 �990
�200,000.0 - �250,000 �1170
�250,000.0 - �300,000 �1350
over �300,000 or for an unlimited amount �1530
To issue proceedings where your claim is for something other than money, including claims for possession �150
Preparing for hearing
Allocation Questionnaire fee:
� small claim for money of �1,500 or less no fee
� small claim for money where the claim is between �1,500 and �5,000 �35
� all other claims �200

Hearing fee
The hearing fee is payable by the claimant except where the case is proceeding on a counterclaim alone, when it is payable by the defendant.
Multi-track case �1,000
