My boyfriend has a long string of violent/assult charges and only last xmas came out of prison after doing 4 years.He got into a fight in Jan 08 and only in Sept 08 was he sent to Crown court where he was given a suspended license and 3 months tag. A few weeks ago he was drinking in town and was fighting and got arrested, he has been let out on bail until the end of this month. Will he be sent back to jail?
