i have been suspended from work on full pay pending a hearing. The outcome of the hearing was my dismissle from the company, i have appealed the decsion am i still entitled to full pay whilst waiting for the appeal hearing

have you bee dismissed yet or sre you still employed but suspended whilst an investigation is carried out.

if you are still employed and still suspended then you are entitled to be paid.

if you have been dismissed then you are not entitled to any pay as you no longer an employee, however, if you win your appeal and are reinstated then all of you lost earnings will be backdated from the actual date you were dismissed.

this is how it works at the company i work for and im pretty certain that this is the normal practice in the uk.

does anyone have any ideas on this?
