I was suspended on full pay from work for two weeks, then dismissed, will i be paid?

I was suspended from work with full pay from 30.08.10 - 14.09.10 then dismissed on 15.09.10, will i be paid for the two weeks suspension?

you say you were suspended on full pay from 30/8 until 14/9 then dismissed - maybe I'm missing something here but haven't you already be paid for that period?

nope, i am due to be paid on the 1st of october as my pay dates are first of every month
sorry, mabye I slightly misread your OP - if you were suspended on full pay prior to being dismissed then you should get paid (although this is not the opinion of an expert)
Yes you should receive full pay whilst on probation unless you have been informed otherwise. If they fail to pay you you can make a claim to tribunal (ET1)
