Hi,
I recently purchased a new property and also an additional parking space opposite the property.
The parking space is marked on the deeds with a "v" stating that it can be used by visitors. however, one neighbour with multiple cars in household has taken to parking there almost every night and visitors to my house cannot always get parked.
As I own this and am liable for maintenance can I put a parking post on the space?
