well if its not a law then it should be.....DRINK DRIVING KILLS......and if you or anyone else has been caught drink driving in another country or in the uk you should be deported and or banned....not much of an answer i know but if you/anyone else you know is deported then you only have yourselves to blame....and think yourselves lucky that no one has been killed or injured......the law is there to be obeyed and in the sphere of drink driving there is little room for error......
from some questions ive seen on here you probably wouldnt get into the u s a if you had a record that is considered a felony i believe they say so if you commit one then my guess is you or whoever it is your reffering to would get deported just a shame we dont do it here
Drink driving is not a felony (in the sense of crime of moral turpitude) in the USA therefore you are unlikely to get deported as a result. Indeed it is not of itself a ground for refusal of entry to the US under the visa waiver scheme.
Previous posters have expressed what they would like to be true rather than US law.
